Package: emacs

env is not in exec-directory, so code such as:
(let ((proc (apply 'start-process name buffer (concat exec-directory
"env")

doesn't work.

(It's fine that env is in /usr/bin/, but there should be a softlink so
that imported emacs code doesn't need to be bashed up.)

On further investigation, the env in /usr/bin doesn't have quite the
same interface as the one I'm used to (which uses - to delimit between
environmental variables and command line). Perhaps it would be better
to include a second (backwards compatible) executable, and leave a
note of documentation somewhere about this...
