Subject: bind package overwrites /etc/named.boot with empty file !!

Package: bind
Version: 4.9.3-BETA17-1

The bind package installs /etc/named.boot (and /etc/rc.misc/named),
but doesn't list them in conffiles.  This means that they are silently
overwritten during package installation !
