Sorry about that; here is a new version.
Bruce: this bug was my own stupid fault, and I know where it was so
I've built this fixed version. You can have the package back now.

* Fixed bad compiled-in location for terminfo data.

This happened just after I installed the new ncurses packages. It
worked fine before that.

startup disk, and replace head - wow, what a night!
