Make it setuid "man", not "root". I'll take care of this right away.

Hi...
I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or not, but here goes...
When I run 'man' (with a manual page of course) it says:
[karl@orion:5:~]man ls
man: can't set effective uid: Operation not permitted
It will *only* work as root. In my fustration, I made 'man' setuid root
for everyone - and the same error occoured. Is this meant to be for
the root user only? Because I'd really like other userid's to be able
to use it...
Regards,
...Karl
