Version: 3.0.3-1
tcpdump-3.0.3 build object files using only "-O" optimisation instead
of the "-O2" optimisation required by the packaging guidelines.
Ian J.: "The optimisation should be -O2 (if this breaks something then
tcpdump should be fixed)." (after my report on ELF builds first
signalling this problem).
Possible solution: change "-O" to "-O2" in libpcap-0.0/Makefile.in and
in tcpdump-3.0/Makefile.in
