The resizecons man page states:
[...] The command resizecons COL-
SxROWS will execute restoretextmode -r COLSxROWS (and
hence requires that you have svgalib installed). [...]
I have the svgalib package installed, but there is no command
"restoretextmode" anywhere on my system.
