If the user has used the Makefile in /usr/doc/net/named to create (eg)
the file.lst file, the package will not remove that file and its
containing directory when it is removed.

Instead, either the Makefile should have a target to produce the
output to stdout instead (instead of any targets to output to files in
the current directory) or bind's postinst should ensure that the
directory is removed during package removal.
