Version: 4.9.3-BETA17-1

The bind package's postinst should by default:

(a) arrange to start named at boot time.
(b) set up the nameserver to do a cache/forward configuration.
(c) modify the host's /etc/host.conf file to use the newly installed
nameserver.
(d) start named after installation.

(b)-(d) should perhaps be optional.
