Ooops I sent this twice as I thought it hadn't made it first time cause
I got it bounced back to me. Anyway I removing it from the bugs queue.
Can use my later bug report :)

factor - 91%. Advise repair schedule:- off line for 36 hours, re-boot
startup disk, and replace head - wow, what a night!
