When using top with TERM set to vt100 I get 3's at the end of every
line. Seems to work fine if TERM is set to xterm. Maybe it needs to
be recompiled with a newer version of ncurses?

Ooops I sent this twice as I thought it hadn't made it first time cause
I got it bounced back to me. Anyway I removing it from the bugs queue.
Can use my later bug report :)
